Clonostachydiol is a fungal metabolite originally isolated from Clonostachys cylindrospora that has anticancer and anthelmintic activities.1,2 It is cytotoxic to P388 (IC50 = 25 μM), as well as L1210, HT-29, and A549 cancer cells (IC50s = 4.5, 4.2, and 5.7 μg/ml, respectively).
